What’s the purpose of a bubble-thought?

To recognise ourselves reflected on the surface of our soul,

we should calm down the boiling of our mind.

Our mind is like the water in a pot. When our mind is calm and there are no thoughts compromising its balance, we can clearly see the reflection of ourselves on its surface. But when the emotional compromises the balance and peace of our mind, it is like if we had fire underneath the pot. A thought that is born from the emotional warmth is like an air bubble that generates in hot water and ends up into thin air. This end shows the true nature of the bubble-like thought: a nothing that disturbs the ordered balance of our mind and brings a distorted reflection of ourselves which does not represent our true nature.

ihaveadoubt,

and I hope you too.
